Don't clear play back meter dBs on stop

Please don't reset the dB values over the playback meters when playback stops. Instead, clear them whenever playback or recording starts.

The Recording meters never reset automatically. That's OK with me, but I think it would be even better if they reset whenever we start recording, so if we see indication of clipping during a record session, we know it's from the current one and not when we bumped the mike just before starting.

While I'm on the subject, it would also be nice to be able to right-click and reset the dB indicators on all meters. This would be particularly helpful when working with lots of tracks.
