Native Instruments B4 - Hammond Organ Simulator
This is simply the best software Hammond organ available for the Mac or PC. The only better emulation is the Hammond/Suzuki XK3 family. It includes Leslie simulation with tube overdrive (your choice of several vintage cabinets) and tonewheel sets (pure, clean, dirty, filthy, and Vox Continental, and Farfisa).
All B3 controls are implemented, including scanner vibrato/chorus, dual manuals plus pedals, percussion, and variable key-click. (Of all NIB4 features, the key click is the least realistic.)
You may also be able to find the now-discontinued NIB4-D drawbar controller, which is a set of MIDI drawbars and buttons for controlling NIB4. I use this live and in the studio and it rocks.
I also use MIDIOX/MIDIYOKE to assign special functions to various controls on my keyboard, such as sustain pedal for momentary high speed Leslie; pitch wheel to turn Scanner on/off, and the keys below C2 are "preset keys" like the white-over-black keys on a B3: they change the drawbar settings.
There are two versions, NIB4 and NIB4-II. II is better, as you'd suspect, and adds the support for multiple choices of Leslie cabinet, but the original is still amazingly good.
