I can relate to your complaint as I have a similar problem. When I go to the render icon to mixdown my tracks to a 32 bit float, I hear the evaluation version organ even after entering my registration codes. I have been using the 32 bit float to render a suitable wave file for mastering. There is a notable difference in quality when comparing the 32 bit format to the 16 bit.

I might add, however, that I was able to render a 32 bit file with my previous N-Track 3.0 due to my purchasing it on a disk. The disk did not require registration. I am tempted to purchase another disk for N-Track 5.0. If there is a fix for my problem, I would be happy to know what it is because I am interested in subsequent builds and revisions.
