Cumulative bugfix-only release

We've fixed a number of bugs related to the sampler user interface, the on-screen keyboard and pads
We've also fixed some rare cases that may have resulted in n-Track on startup loading an empty song instead of the latest saved song, making it look like the latest song was deleted, which was not actually the case
Fixed activating the sidechain for the Compressor plugin and then deactivating it, the Compressor would still appear to be working in sidechain mode
Fixed sometimes a note starting at the very beginning of the song (1:1:0) would not make any sound
Fixed recording wav files bigger than 2GB may result in a file reporting 0 size even though the audio data was present in the file
Fixed sometimes exiting the pianoroll right after adding or editing a note may result in the edit being lost
Improved how n-Track reports that a wave file is missing or corrupt, with a sign and an icon instead of an X in place of the waveform
Video sync window added to the Linux version
Many other minor bug fixes and improvements
