I purchased n-Track for my iPhone/iPad/iPod and the "in app" purchase and I cannot find a "restore purchase" button for my multiple devices. Do I have to re-purchase?

Apple never charges twice for AppStore purchases made from the same iTunes/AppStore account, even on different devices. You can just re-select 'purchase' and after a few seconds a message saying 'You already purchased this item' will appear. You won't be charged again, and you will have the full functionality back.
