• What is the difference if I buy n-Track from the Apple App Store or from the n-Track website?
  
  The price of n-Track on the App Store is slightly lower than the price of the version on our website, however if you purchase on the App Store you can only use the Mac version, while if you purchase from our website you can install n-Track on all of your computers, Mac and Windows.
  Also when you purchase on the Apple App Store you can't download updates from our website (unless you re-purchases), you can only receive updates via the App Store.
  In fact we have no customer data for purchases made through the Appstore, we just receive cumulative royalties at the end of each month.
  The version on the App store is usually a couple weeks or more older than the one you can find on our website, because each version on the appstore undergoes a review by Apple which usually takes approximately 10 days.
  
  There are also some differences in the features of the App Store version and the version available on our website. Current differences:
  • When working with the App Store versions you should only import and save audio files to/from your Music folder. If you import files from other folders, when reloading songs saved in a previous session you may receive a prompt to manually find the files used in the song. The files will correctly load after manually finding them.
  
  The limitations above are caused by security guidelines that AppStore apps are required to follow. "Sandboxing" forces an app to avoid any access to files and programs on the computer unless the user manually performs those accesses.
  We are working on fixing the compatibility issues caused by the AppStore security features in the next versions of the n-Track app.
  
  The naming of the n-Track apps on the Mac App store is different from the names of the apps you can download from our website.
  n-Track LE on the App Store is equivalent to n-Track Studio on our website.
  n-Track on the App Store is equivalent to n-Track Studio EX on our website.
